Lindsey & Grant are incredible hosts. Their communication and hospitality are the best of any stay I have ever had. The house worked for our football weekend perfectly. Making most things (games/restaurants) walkable or extremely cheap Uber rides away. They left an amazing football themed cake for us, which was delicious. This will be our Go-To for future football weekends.

We had the most wonderful stay here while moving our daughter into IU. This charming house was immaculate and beds were very comfortable. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating and made us feel so welcome going above and beyond with extra special touches. The array of snacks and beverages that they provided for us was so nice and thoughtful. We loved our time here and their Hoosier hospitality that made everything go smoothly for us during the emotional time of dropping our daughter off for college. We will be back hopefully many times in the next 4 years! 10/10Thank you Lindsay and Grant

Our host was very responsive and left the most thoughtful amenities! We had a group of 6 of us so we had plenty of space. I loved all the thoughtful game day goodies!!

This is truly a charming house that is a short walk or drive to so many great locations in bloomington and surrounding areas. We looked for a location that would be close to upland brewery for the bluegrass festival we performed for and this was perfect! The first thing we noticed was the wonderful communication with the host, great neighborhood, and plenty of space for parking in a drive next to the house. The house was spacious, clean, and offered more than we ever even hoped for. A true gem! Can't wait to book a stay at this location again! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect place to stay for our visit during Moms weekend. Lindsey was so thoughtful with leaving a welcome mom’s weekend banner, snacks and a fridge stocked with water and drinks! So easy to communicate with her and it was an easy drive or walk to campus. Her place was extremely comfortable for 4 of us! We would not hesitate at all to stay here again! Thank you so much
