My husband and I rented for the winter in Daytona Beach Shores, and we loved it so much, we decided to buy a home here. We purchased this fun, eclectic house and enjoyed every minute of our winters here. As life would have it, our son and family had to move to the West Coast for business. We took the 3 hour drive quite a bit to see our newest granddaughter and it was a lot, but we couldn't part with our home in the Shores. So this is the first time it is available for rent and I know the guests will love it as much as we do. We promise to do everything we can to insure a wonderful winter in our Daytona Beach Shores home!

So close to the beach and everything Daytona has to offer! Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Room to roam in the sprawling backyard, or, sit on the oversize rocking chairs end enjoy the Ocean breeze.
What makes this property unique
This house is all business in the front and party in the back! The back yard is a tropical jungle escape with amazing foliage, brick walkways, hanging lights, a huge garden box, a chiminea, a stocked beach equipped shed, and even a whimsical outhouse!
