AC/Heat included. Features include: Bright living area with TV and ceiling fans, full kitchen with dishwasher, full-size fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, and dinnerware, modern bathroom with walk-in shower, quartz vanity, and Public Goods toiletries, In-unit washer and dryer for convenience, Beach gear provided: two chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag

We love living on the mesa, so close to the Douglas Preserve and Mesa Lane Steps beach access. The neighborhood is quiet and feels like we're in a coastal beach community with access to downtown about two miles away.
