Fully remodeled garden level apartment with everything new (kitchen, floors, beds, furniture, appliances), with 3 Bedrooms (1 Queen bed, 2 full beds, a trundle bed with two twin mattresses and 1 full sofa bed), 2 full bathrooms, 2 parking spaces, Full Kitchen, Laundry with washer and dryer. Excellent location, just 5 minutes’ drive to SJU Airport and Isla Verde Beach! Complex with 2 pools, half basketball court and gym! Two routes for easy access from parking: no stairs through a wheelchair ramp or through a single stair. Just a 1-minute /no- stairs walk to basketball court, pools and gym! Short drive to Old San Juan and Condado (10 minutes) and about 30 minutes to El Yunque Rain Forest, among many other tourism attractions. Five minutes drive to Walmart, Sams, Costco, Movie Theaters and many restaurants. About 3 minutes’ drive to shopping malls with supermarkets, fast food restaurants and a variety of stores.

Please before leaving the apartment tell everyone to assure all appliances, lamps, air conditioners, etc are turned off. Also balcony glass door and windows please.
Please remember your check out time is 11:00 AM as we need to start cleaning for the next guest.
Also please remember to leave me the keys back in the same key box in the exterior visitor's parking lot using the same code 0404

I love my island and the excellent location of my apartment just about 5 minutes from SJU Airport, Condado and Isla Verde beautiful beach! You can also drive only about 10 minutes to Old San Juan, the oldest city in the United States. A precious gem that is our land mark showing out spanish heritage.
