The beach view condo is located on the 3rd floor on the south end of the Tamarack Beach Resort. Patio/Deck has an amazing beach view. The Carlsbad State Beach is just a few steps away!

The beach view condo is located on the 2nd floor on the north corner of the Tamarack Beach Resort. Patio/Deck has an amazing beach view. The Carlsbad State Beach is just a few steps away!

***Fridays are check-in / check-out days. Please see the dates above for the two condo weeks available. Check-out is 11am & Check-in is 4pm.

Family Fun & Friendly Beach Resort with a heated pool, 2 hot tubs, game/rec room, and gym.

The Carlsbad State Beach is directly across the street and there are many restaurants and shops in walking distance nearby in Carlsbad Village.

Kitchen has cooking utensils & pots/pans provided and the bathrooms are stocked with bath and pool towels.

Stackable Washer & Dryer is in the unit!

Lego-Land, Carlsbad Premier Outlets, Water Sports, and Strawberry Picking are about 10 minutes away.

Downtown San Diego area attractions (Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Coronado, USS Midway Museum, and Point Loma) are about 35-45 minutes away.

Los Angeles area attractions such as Disneyland, Universal Studio, Knott’s Berry Farm, Hollywood, and the La Brea Tarpits Museum are about 1-1.5 hours away.

Please Note Important Reservation and Check-In Information:

**Reserving Guest must provide the owner with a Government Issued ID photocopy (Drivers License or Passport) within 48 hours of making reservation.**

**No 3rd Party Bookings**
(Reserving Guest MUST be Present During Stay)

Reserving Guest must be at least 25 Years Old.

**Pictures of the rooms and the exact view will vary depending upon which unit is assigned. Provided pictures are from random beach view units**

A BEACH VIEW & DECK IS GUARANTEED.

Check-In Instructions will be sent about two-weeks prior to stay and after owner has received full payment/deposit and a copy of reserving guest's Government Issued ID. Damage Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after stay as long as there is no damage or missing items.

Carlsbad Trip

We had a great time! The condo was the perfect size for all 6 of us. No one had to sleep on the floor(like I had to when I was a kid). I loved sitting on the porch watching the waves and drinking my coffee. The beach, Sea World and Lego Land were so close and easy to get to. The only negative I can think of is that we couldn’t stay longer. We will be back!

Very nice stay!

Great stay and much needed beach getaway! Property was clean and spacious. The only downfall was the road noise but we did enjoy seeing all the different cars that went by!

We were both born and raised in San Diego and moved to the Pacific Northwest over 30 years ago. We visit our families in San Diego every winter and summer. We have 4 children and love to travel!

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Tamarack with my family since we were young. We purchased an extra week so we could spend more time in Carlsbad each summer. We love our visits to Tamarack with our children and their cousins. It is always a trip we really look forward to and we enjoy going to the beach, swimming, and walking around Carlsbad Village!

What makes this property unique

The beach is amazing! Love that it's right across the street!! Shops and many restaurants are nearby and we can to walk to almost anything.
