Welcome to your home away from home! The house has ample yard space, a patio, outdoor swings, and a hot tub, and the inside has incredible light and beautiful trees from every window. Walking distance to Lowman Beach, Lincoln Park (with outdoor pool in the summer), the C bus line, coffee houses, a grocery store, and restaurants. Well-stocked with games, puzzles, and books, stay home and play or enjoy all West Seattle (and Seattle) has to offer!

The space
The house is on three floors, with two bedrooms on the top floor and one bedroom in the finished daylight basement.

Top floor:
- Master bedroom with queen size bed, a balcony overlooking trees and a peek-a-boo view of the water, and a TV
- Smaller bedroom with a full size bed
- Full bathroom with shower & tub

Main floor:
- Office space in the front room
- Dining room table seats 8
- Open living area
- Fully-equipped kitchen (double oven, induction stove top, island)
- Half-bathroom
- Note: there is no TV on the main floor.

Basement:
- Bedroom with queen size bed
- Additional office space with variable height desk & monitor
- TV and couches
- Room for exercises/yoga mat
- Full bathroom, extra large shower (no tub)
- Door to the back patio with a hot tub and lounge chairs

Outdoor:
- Wrap around patio with ample seating
- Outdoor dining table seats 8

- Note: there is a boat stored on the south side of the property

There is a boat stored on the south side of the property that is for the owners' use in the late spring/summer months. We will let guests know when we plan on accessing the boat.

Electric car charging is available, and the owners may access this as well during your stay, but will coordinate as needed.

Other things to note
The home is uniquely situated near stairs or a switch-back road that leads you down to Lowman Beach (10 minute walk) or to Lincoln Park, while also just a block off of Fauntleroy and walking distance to the Thriftway grocery store as well as Starbucks, Zeek's Pizza, The Beveridge Place Pub and Whiskey West. It is just down the street from the Fauntleroy Ferry docks (which gets you to Vashon Island or Southworth). The C bus line and the surrounding stores, restaurants and outdoor play areas make this is very walkable home!
