Location was really for the 2 of us- the porch and seating area was great and if you weather was better, we were conveniently bike-distant from many of our favorite places in Avon, Belmar, Spring Lake and Bradley Beach. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked, so the pretty kitchen was nice to look at, but not great to prepare foods in. The window units kept our temperature perfect even in humidity and rain. Technology all functioned accordingly. The beds were all clean and comfortable (although we onlySlept in 1/3! I never found the outdoor shower, but in warmer summer weather, that’s a bonus! We wouldDefinitely seek this property out for future stays!
