The Space:

Challenge friends to a round of arcade games in the game room, fire up the BBQ grill for an outdoor feast, and gather around the wood-burning fire pit as the stars come out. Whether you’re here for a weekend of connection, laughter, or total relaxation, Hill Country Social Club is the perfect spot to make lasting memories. Located in the heart of the 290 Wine Trail and only 9 miles from Fredericksburg! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



If you need additional space for friends or family, there is a sister property located right next door that can accommodate up to 4 extra guests. Just send us a message and we’d be happy to help you reserve both homes. (The cottage next to the main house is rented separately, but it can also be booked together upon request.)

- Private Hot tub and Cowboy Pool! (Note: cowboy pool is not heated)

- The Cowboy Pool is not available when temperatures are below 65°F, as it remains winterized during colder months. It may be used at the guest's discretion only when temperatures exceed 65°F. Please note that the Cowboy Pool is removed from the listing from December through February.



BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Friday, August 21, 2026 at 9:15 am.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Guests will have access to the house and the outdoor area, including a fire pit, hot tub and cowboy pool. Driveway can fit up to 6 cars.

- Pest control services are scheduled quarterly or as needed; however, due to the property being located in the Texas Hill Country, guests may still encounter native wildlife and insects. This can include snakes, scorpions, spiders, ants, and other outdoor critters, even with routine pest control treatments and preventative maintenance in place. The property is regularly treated and maintained to minimize insects and wildlife around the home. Guests are encouraged to use caution outdoors and around natural areas, and to keep doors and windows closed when not in use to help prevent critters from entering the home. By booking this property, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with staying in a rural Hill Country environment.
