Arboleda’s House features beautiful mountain views, a spacious backyard, and direct access to the river via a private trail. The house includes 3 bedrooms with A/C, a comfortable living room with a 60” Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and private gated parking for up to 3 vehicles. The backyard also offers a cozy BBQ rancho where you can grill and unwind.
Guests can enjoy the peaceful gardens and the opportunity to spot a variety of birds, animals, and native trees just steps from the house. The Cambronero Solís family lives next door, in a separate apartment, and will be happy to welcome you and assist you whenever you need it

Why they chose this property
La Fortuna is one of the most visited places in Costa Rica, The house at a comfortable price to book, it is very quiet for people with a light sleep, besides it is only 10 minutes by car from La Fortuna. Around the house there is a wide variety of trees, where you can see a variety of animals such as: sloth, toucans, iguanas, howler monkey.

The close river, there is a path to go there, also you can swim on it. The views around the house. Very quiet place.
