Very clean, well stocked, nice layout with bedrooms upstairs. Great location as it was close to Boulder and an easy drive to Estes Park.

The property was pristine. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet and dresser space. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with nice stoneware and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The only improvement I can think of would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The location was good for accessing downtown Longmont and its unique restaurants and for trips to Boulder and Estes Park.

Quick responses to our questions and a well stocked kitchen. They were so helpful. The facility was first rate. A few small suggestions as I was a manager of a condo hotel in Breckenridge. The back deck needs an additional step. It exceeded a natural gate at 14 inches. You need larger garbage cans that are open. The location and size don’t give easy access. The bedrooms need garbage cans too. The living room needs 2 table lamps to have more light that’s pleasant. I still think they deserve 5 stars. I just thought they might consider these observation to make their facility perfect!
