Budapest Minimal Style Apartment
The Minimal Style apartment is located in a quiet area of Óbuda, near to the Roman Amphitheater.
Margaret Island is a few minutes walk away. Trams and buses are available for you to reach the city centre in 10 minutes to take photos at the Parliament or you can get to Szentendre in 33 minutes by HÉV. You can reach Deák tér in 21 minutes where you can have a stunning view of Budapest from the Budapest Eye.
The apartment is 60 sqm large with a trendy bedroom that offers a double bed , while the 26 sqm living room has a pull-out sofa for the third and fourth guest. The apartment suits single travellers, couples and families as well.
The living room is joined by a stylish kitchen that is well equipped with quality fridge, oven, micro, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and dining room is waiting for you as well.
Mineral water is awaiting for the tired traveler. Nespresso coffee capsules are available at your convenience to boost your energy for free.
The bathroom is spacious and modern, tropical rainfall is recommended for everyone.
Washing machine with detergent is available to refresh your clothes. Equipped with towels and hairdryer as well.
For your entertainment you can browse a variety of TV channels, surf the net over free WiFi, or listen to the radio. You can connect your laptop comfortably to the rotating flat-screen TV using the HDMI cable located next to the sofa.
From January 2026 parking is offered for free of charge. The dedicated parking space is is located off site, about 100 metres away, in 1 minute walking distance and it's outdoors. Please let me know if you wish to use it so the keyfob will be shared with you.
Public parking is free of charge between 18:00-08:00 on working days and during the weekends and holidays. Otherwise it costs 300 HUF/ hour. You can redeem your parking rights with coin or by app called SimplePay.
Electric car charging station is 550 m away. Petrol station is 800 m away.
Traditional Hungarian Restaurant is 350m away where you can try Hungarian specialities or you can simply order for take away. Bakeries around the apartment are offering you a wide range of breakfast. If you stay longer you can visit the supermarkets in the neigbourhood.
The apartment is waiting for you, when you arrive you will feel as you were at home.

Great apartment in beautiful Buda
We had a wonderful time in Gergely’s apartment. It is in a nice and quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. The apartment itself is very clean and modern and is equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Gergely provided us with detailed information about everything so our whole stay went very smoothly. Highly recommended!

Super modern clean apartment
I hightly reccomend this apartment it’s wonderful, super clean, tecnological with the latest know hows ! The owner is a super host, very friendly and very helpful definately an A +++ Public transport is about 250 metres away and is very efficient however it does take about 30 minutes to get to the center. For us all was perfect and we highly recommend this place. Grazie 😊
