Great location. Very clean unit and premises. Lazy river and pool were excellent. Great bang for your buck. About a 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Overall very happy with the unit.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: One of the best places we have stayed. Excellent accomodations and property. We LOVED the pools and spent a ton of time in the lazy river. We will be back. With helpful hints from others, we were able to stay away from most crowds. All around a great vacation!

Our family of four had an excellent time staying at the Grove. The condo was extremely clean upon arrival and we were notified we could check in two hours earlier than planned which was a welcomed surprise. The lazy river and grilling areas are excellent! There were two minor downsides to our stay. If you are not on the top floor you will hear the people walking above you and it is a pretty decent trek to the beach (if walking) with limited parking options. Highly recommend renting a golf cart for more beach parking availability. Overall, we highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again in the future.

The property was beautiful and everything was new inside and out really loved it The pool was perfect Unfortunately my host I could not get in contact with them and had to call Vrbo customer support they fixed it quickly but I never could make contact with the host After I check in I usually never need to contact the host for anything but if you are the type to ask the host a lot of questions this room might not be for youBesides that we had a great time only other minor issue I experienced was the barbque was a bit finicky to get started but with slight effort you’ll be successful

The host was excellent, very responsive! However, out of the hosts control, our bed that should have been cleaned was full of sand on the very first night. The pool bands were great but if you accidentally lose one 30 a piece is ridiculous. Also, we tried to call the actual Seascape and were not able to get in touch with anyone multiple times. A cart luggage cart on site would also be useful. You can hear every single footstep! All night long people/kids were running around. The condo was great and nice and the host was excellent. A little farther from the beach than we would have hoped for. None of this is the hosts fault.

Great except no sleep

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great lazy river and room was nice and clean. The main problem is that every night around 9 pm there was a room on the second floor that blasted loud bass music so nobody else could sleep. Security was unable to fix thr situation. Great place unless you want to sleep. Bring ear plugs or noise cancelling headsets.

That said, we're truly sorry about the nightly noise disturbance from the second floor. A good night's sleep shouldn't require ear plugs, and it's clear our security team wasn't able to resolve this quickly enough during your stay. That's on us, and we understand how frustrating that must have been, especially after a full day of vacation. The quiet hours are listed as 10:00pm - 8:00am and security should be able to enforce them.

Really enjoyed our stay! The beach had double red flags for the majority of the trip, but we loved the pool. The lazy river was amazing. It also helped that there was a bar tender and the option to order food by the pool. There are no carts for check in, so anticipate making multiple trips to your car if you need to or pack accordingly. The property is still under construction, so there is no direct path to the beach at this time; it is quite a hike. We timed in at about 14-15 minutes. Overall, would absolutely recommend and return for another vacation.

Nicely decorated and clean! Absolutely perfect for a couple. Roomy master bedroom. Beautiful kitchen. Comfortable open porch. Amazing lazy river! Only drawback for us was no workout amenities for The Grove. We will definitely stay again!
