This condo offers excellent views and gorgeous sunsets from your large terrace, located on beautiful Cerritos beach in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood, yet minutes from town! The condo has been beautifully renovated with tile floors throughout, and granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate four guests, with a queen bed in the master bedroom with balcony, and a king bed convertible to two single beds in the second bedroom. Condo amenities include private washer & dryer, heated pool & hot tub, fitness room, and large lounging deck with direct beach access. This is a little bit of heaven in Mazatlan!

This condo had a wonderful ocean view with beautiful sunsets. It was on a quiet street without a ton of traffic, but very close to the main street. It was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great.

From the reception and during the stay everything was perfect. From the location on Pato Blanco beach and the building itself were great. Fabulous property

I have stayed at over 3 dozen rentals in the past several years and this is one of the best. The condo is exactly as described and photographed. Communication with the owner elicited immediate responses. The property is in a quiet, restful location, our favorite in Mazatlan, with a very responsive resort team. Buses are caught across the road and we walked to the Golden Zone on occasion.The unit itself is very tastefully appointed and replete with all kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies needed. The furniture is comfortable and neither the towels nor linens show wear. The spacious balcony offers a superb view of the sea including one of the islands and sunset. There is a communal terrace on the 2nd floor for relaxation and enjoyment of sunrise. The rental lacks for nothing and my husband and I anticipate our return with robust enthusiasm.

Francisco, as we told you when you arrived, if you believed our ad misrepresented our condo, we would refund your payment. We only have one property in Mazatlan, a side unit facing the pool, and the photos of our condo in our advertisements clearly show that. I'm very sorry your expectations were not met, but it's clear you were confused about which unit you reserved.

Well equipped modern unit in a very nice building.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as everything is first class. The building is modern, well kept, and the residents and staff are very friendly. It has a very functional deck for suntanning, pool for swimming laps or joining aquacise class, and it's in a convenient location. The unit had everything we needed - filtered water, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, wifi, Netflix, and a very well stocked kitchen. It made our stay convenient and much easier than other places, as we didn't have to waste time and money buying extra items needed for basic cooking and washing. My family of four was very comfortable in the two bedrooms and we would love to go back again soon.
