Welcome to Waikoloa Colony Villas 1702, a freshly renovated, family-friendly three-bedroom villa in the heart of Waikoloa Beach Resort. This spacious two-story retreat sleeps up to six guests and offers beautiful views of the Kohala Mountains and Mauna Kea.

The villa features a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds, along with two full bathrooms and a convenient half bathroom. The open living area provides plenty of room for everyone to relax together, while the well-equipped kitchen makes preparing family meals easy.

Step outside and enjoy one of the best locations within Colony Villas. The community pool, fitness center, tennis court and pickleball court are all nearby. Beach gear is included for days at Anaehoʻomalu Bay and other Kohala Coast beaches.

Waikoloa Beach Golf Course is approximately a two-minute walk away. Kings’ Shops, dining, groceries and Anaehoʻomalu Beach are also conveniently close. After exploring the Big Island, return to a quiet, comfortable villa with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer.

Fun time at the property. The house is large and modern and well stocked with useful and convenient amenities. We loved the large sitting room as it enabled everyone to sit and relax together. Place was typically quiet and relaxed. Recommended for future travelers looking for a nice relaxing getaway.

Family stay

We were a group of 6 that included kids ranging in age from 18months to 11 yrs old. We found the unit well supplied in the kitchen, very nice tv options, and were pleasantly surprised with the kids toys and play mats available. It would have been nice to know the unit had 2 pack n plays, we rented pack n plays after contacting the property manager, who said nothing about the unit already having these items. Unit is ideally located close to pool and, gym, property entrance and the only tennis/pickle ball court. Floors could have been cleaner, our feet were noticeably dirty from walking on floors.
