love this Sausalito houseboat

My husband and I have friends and family in the area and we came to stay in Sausalito for 5 weeks. This houseboat is so amazing. It has everything you need for a very comfortable and happy stay. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights. The community is really fun and welcoming. New pickleball courts within a couple of blocks. The owners are so accommodating and helpful. You'll really enjoy your time here!

Simply Outstanding!

We love this place. Very clean and well equipped, this home is perfect for a couple, with room for occasional guests. The neighbourhood of floating homes is quiet and respectful of privacy inspite of the close proximity houses. Anna, our hostess is prompt and efficient regarding any problems that might arise, And, as a testiment, this was our second stay here.

The houseboat is lovely

Our small family of three stayed at this property for a total of four nights and LOVED every minute of it! I've rented a lot of properties over the years in various places and I can say this one is stocked with everything a person could need in a rental home. And all this in a small but super tidy home. The kitchen had plenty of glasses/dishes/flatware/kitchen appliances. The bathroom had tons of towels and each bedroom had super comfortable beds. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about how it appeared when we arrived. The upstairs deck was nice for morning coffee. The best part is going out on the paddle boards and kayaks! The community is quiet and friendly and there is a cafe and small market on the property as well. The cafe had great gluten free options too! In case you need that, which we did! We even met some of the neighbors and felt so at home there! I recommend this property. It's close quarters and there was a bit of noise one of the nights but mostly it was quiet and completely relaxing!

Charming little houseboat in a lovely quiet. community. Very central. Easy to get to SF and Marin and beyond. Kitchen is well equipped with all that is needed. Beds and linens are great. Gas fireplace kept the place cozy. Anna was very responsive. Fun stay

Serenity now!!!

Such a lovely getaway. We knew it was going to be wonderful when our first morning there we were greeted by humming birds feeding on the lemon tree blossoms that flanked the walkway to our boat. The view from the rooftop viewing deck was just gorgeous!! Sitting back and seeing the mountains with a glass of wine was ideal. Watching the duck families swim by just outside our patio door every morning was sweet. The gentle listing of the boat at night literally rocked me to sleep. the cabin itself was perfect! Fantastic butcher block countertop as well as a great stainless steel gas stove certainly appeased the foodie in me! The pass through fireplace was lovely for cozying up to at night, as well as warming us up in mins to get the morning chill out of the air. It was amazing to me how many of my friends who live in SF have never had this experience. It is a MUST! Just moments away from the busy city, it truely was Serenity Now!

Our girls get away!

My daughter and I just got back from a 3 day weekend trip to Sausalito and stayed on this wonderful houseboat. This is our third time staying on houseboats and we were so pleased and to find the boat clean, updated and with beautiful light. The houseboat had two large rooms with one of the rooms having a fireplace. We had an amazing deck that we could sit out and read, enjoy the weather and it was big enough for a large party. It's to bad we only had the two of us. We used the two kayaks and saw seals and paddled around admiring all the houseboats. The location is wonderful and we were so happy to be able to stay here.
