Welcome to our cozy and spacious 2-bedroom spot in the heart of Raleigh! Both bedrooms have comfy queen beds, and the living room is perfect for relaxing with a 55" Roku TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with essentials like coffee, spices, and olive oil. You'll also find a washer/dryer in the unit. Best of all, we’re in a super walkable area—just a short stroll to Fred Fletcher Park and the Village District, packed with shops, dining, and ice cream.

Our home is designed for comfort and convenience, with cozy furniture, comfortable beds, and all the amenities you need for a stress-free stay. Whether you’re visiting for a short trip or an extended stay, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home.



Living Space

The open-concept living area creates a bright and spacious feel, making it easy to relax and stay connected. Kick back on the super comfortable couch or in one of the two lounge chairs. Enjoy a 55" Roku TV where you can log into all your favorite streaming channels or play your favorite card game around the coffee table.



Bedrooms

We know that a good night’s sleep is one of the most important parts of your stay, so we’ve invested in comfortable mattresses and cozy linens. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, full-size mirrors, and plenty of storage, including closets, shelves, and hangers for your clothing.



Kitchen

The fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to prepare home-cooked meals with stainless steel appliances. You’ll find all the essential cookware, pots, and pans, along with pantry staples like olive oil, salt, pepper, honey, and a selection of commonly used spices. Appliances include a microwave, toaster oven, and electric kettle. For coffee lovers, we provide a drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee grounds. Tea bags are also available for tea drinkers. And, of course, we have wine glasses and a wine bottle opener.



Dining Area / Office

The dining area comfortably seats four, with room to squeeze in a fifth if needed. There's also a small desk, perfect for getting some work done during your stay.



Washer/Dryer

For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available for your use, and we provide laundry pods to make things easy.



Additional Amenities

We provide an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, fresh towels and stocked bathrooms with toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.



Outdoor Area

Enjoy a shared outdoor space, perfect for a stroll to local restaurants & shops or taking your pet for a walk.



Parking

You’ll have one designated off-street parking spot, plus free street parking nearby for additional vehicles.

Our place is close to everything Raleigh has to offer! Located within walking distance to The Village District, where you’ll find boutiques, groceries, pharmacies, fast food, and a variety of restaurants. Just a 5 minute drive to NC State, 8 minutes to downtown Raleigh, 11 minutes to The Lenovo Center (formerly known as PNC Arena), and 18 minutes to the airport.



Pet Friendly

We'd love to host your furry friends! Dog bowls included. Per HOA rules, there is a two pet maximum, all dogs must be kept on leash while outside, and all pet waste must be picked up right away.

Peaceful and quiet, our home is a short walk to The Village District’s shops and dining, as well as the green spaces of Fred Fletcher Park.

Walking distance to The Village District and Fred Fletcher Park, with easy access to everything Raleigh has to offer just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This home shares a wall with neighbors, and HOA quiet hours are strictly enforced. A noise monitoring device helps us maintain a respectful environment. If you plan to be loud, this won’t be the right fit.
