Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for our party if 9. Kids loved bunk bed/game room. TV in that room not readily available, but was fixed shortly after reporting.

There was mold in the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom if left unlocked did not stay closed. The oven didn't work and the dishwasher was nasty and didn't look like it worked when we started it. The only upside to this stay was there is a private pool. There was a light out in the pool for night swimming. The fence is great condition for pets without having to worry about them getting out.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Mold, misleading marketing photos. No communication. So bad I left at midnight and got another rental. Would not let my grandchildren sleep with all the mold. Absolutely horrible!!

We had several issues and communicated everything to the Manager, in which nothing was addressed. The pool was dirty, too low, and the pump was sucking air. The master toilet tank would not fill with water after each flush, so you had to flush and then remove the lid to manually move it to make it refill. The tv in the living room was broken and not able to be used. The oven would not get hot enough to cook. Then- the home is not equipped with items needed for a stay. We had to buy cookie sheets and pots/pans just to prepare meals. There were no cleaning supplies to even wipe a countertop for meals. And although it’s required to use the white trash bags for trash, none were provided. We communicated thoroughly about the issues during the stay. We were asked if maintenance could come out to make repairs, and we responded that someone could come out, even if we were not there. Maintenance never arrived to make any changes. We travel quite a bit and never had so many issues in one location. In addition, the issues were ignored. For the money paid for this home, the value failed. If there were attempts to repair items, that would have been great. But it did not seem important to the manager since they had their money already.

The pictures don’t show how rundown the house is. It smelled like mildew, had mildew on windows. There was water leaking from top inside the bottom room which caused that room to smell. The positives: the location, the pool was amazing and the kids loved it. The host was responsive and sent a maintenance worker right out to fix a toilet that wouldn’t stop running.

Pictures of the place were not accurate at all. In the master bathroom, my knees hit the door. You could not sit on the toilet without your knees hitting the door and the shower, the shower door would hit the toilet just to get in it. I am small and it was like that for me. The air conditioner doesn't cool the master bedroom. Had to buy a box fan to catch and bring cold air from the living room into the master bedroom. In both of the bathrooms you had to jiggle the floats on the toilet tanks to get the bowl to fill. When AC would turn on, the lights would flicker off and on. One of the rooms that we didn't even use, had paint chipping off the walls. Shower down stairs had no hot water or pressure. There is a camera that watches the pool and this means that someone could be broadcasting things to perverts on the Internet and I brought it to the company I booked through. During checkout/closing procedures, they kept saying keys but they only gave us one.

Overall the property is fine. The big “complaints” of our group were 1 the downstairs room was mildewy and wet smelling. The beds looked fine but we ended up not using them due to the smell and wetness of the room. There was also mold from the moisture on the ceiling. Likely a dehumidifier of sorts could help with this easily. Then upstairs the main bedroom with the en-suite has a TINY bathroom and shower. Our older guest could not use this with their mobility and we did not know this ahead of time from the description or pictures. Lastly the kitchen has BARE ESSENTIALS - not that we’d expect a lot but for a host house standard serving dishes and basic stuff like that would have been nice. The pool was nice and overall it did what we needed it for the weekend.

The bunk room was dirty and full of mold, so we weren’t even able to use that room. The pool was dirty and the net was broken so we couldn’t clean it. Overall the upstairs was fine but there was no water pressure and the dishwasher was broken. No dust pan to sweep up.
