This property was great for our group of six. We enjoyed the game room and pool and watching the World Cup on all of the tvs. We even enjoyed a quick game of whiffle ball in the yard. The queen sized beds are a bit firm for us but overall that is a personal preference. The kitchen was well appointed and even has an air fryer. The additional fridge in the game room would have been helpful if you were there longer/had lots of drinks to chill. Location was convenient for Rainbow springs and Crystal River

The home was reasonably priced and close to where we wanted to be. It was clean and in generally good repair. The pool could have used a cleaning. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The game room was a fun place to spend time, and the AC blows really cold. The pool table was usable but very wobbly when touched and could be a problem if you lean on it too much. The BBQ area was nice and in good shape and cooked evenly.

Great accommodation. Very clean and organized. The host was amazing to chat with and work through our specific needs. Game room and space layout was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Location is off beaten path but close to all your needs and the river activities.

This place is absolutely amazing! Memories were made here that we will cherish for years to come! The house is spacious, super clean, quiet, cozy and a treasure trove of things for kids of all ages to do, even the "old" ones! We played for hours in the game room, we swam, we hunted geckos and anoles all over the huge yard. We found bugs the kids had never seen before and we loved every minute. We were a group is 16 and we never felt cramped or on top of each other. Michelle and her crew are on top every detail. We have found our home away from home in Crystal River!! Thank you isn't enough for the time we spent here.
