However, I emphasize I am very happy with your overall assessment and your final recommendation for families to your friends - that means a lot. I'm also happy that our swimming pool is well protected for children's safety sake. Our cover also adds a plus to water temperature when the weather is not so sunny. Thanks for your mentioning the handy property location for the nearby caffes and groceries' and so on. The pool cover is very helpful but not in summer time - removed it is much better. The cover in on site from autumn to spring, depending on the weather conditions when exactly is removed. Do you think the pool cover can be fully mounted and removed every day? That is not sensible. Did we ever guarantee a minimum pool water temperature. We don't advertise any conventional machine pool water heating. Were there so many bird dropping in the pool side? I don't think so. I think you gave exaggerated. Anyway, how can you prevent all bird droppings among so much vegetation and trees? Your description is more of a wreckage: I don't agree. The TV works all right and gets several channels, at least the BBC and ITV international channels. The landline telephone works and the WIFI facilities work all right. Are you sure you handled both properly? In case of any breakdown our manager in Corralejo sees to it right away: Did you report any fault or breakdown? We do not advertise what you call the "resort" behind the villa - that is not offered. According to you all was negative. Are you sure you did not come in a negative mood? All wrong, is it possible? All the other preceding guests were so wrong speaking about many positive facilities? I'm really sorry you didn't enjoy your stay so I gather you will not intend to come back. Regards.

Nos alegra que lo hayan pasado bien en nuestra villa. Gracias por su valoración porque ayuda a mejorar lo que es mejorable. De todos modos, no compartimos las palabras sobre la piscina. Como habrá podido comprobar, la limpieza y mantenimiento de la piscina, se hizo 2 veces en la semana de su estancia. Tenga en cuenta que hay mucha vegetación alrededor, por no hablar de la calima frecuente. En cuanto a que el agua estuvo fría, me permito señalar que la temperatura del agua es la de la temperatura ambiente. EN NUESTRO ANUNCIO NO OFRECEMOS LA PISCINA CLIMATIZADA. Ich habe nicht mit einer so negativen detaillierten Aufschlüsselung gerechnet wie Ihrer. Ehrlich gesagt, unser Personal ist in jeder Hinsicht sehr verantwortungsbewusst, einschließlich der Sauberkeit. Unser Haus war ursprünglich gelb gestrichen, wurde aber vor ein paar Jahren neu gestrichen, diesmal in Granat oder Dunkelrot. Ich nehme an, dies ist kein entscheidendes Merkmal, sondern eine Frage der Wahl. Der Pool war nicht überdacht, da die Temperatur zu der Zeit ziemlich warm war. Der Straßenlärm und die damit verbundenen Unannehmlichkeiten tun mir wirklich leid. Wir können uns natürlich nicht helfen - die ganze Straße wird vom Stadtrat saniert und ich wurde darüber informiert, nachdem die Arbeiten begonnen hatten. I’m surprised that cleanliness has been rated low. I didn’t expect such a negative detailed breakdown as yours. Honestly, our staff is very responsable in all respects cleanliness included. Our house was originally painted yellow but repainted a couple of years ago, this time in a garnet color or dark red. I suppose this is not a crucial feature but, a matter of choice. The swimming-pool was not covered as temperature was quite warm at the time. I am really sorry for the street noise and the inconvenience caused. We cannot help it, obviously – the whole street is being upgraded by the town council and I was informed about it after the works had started. Anyway all your points will be considered and improved where necessary. Thanks for mentioning “…the house is nicely furnished …” Thank you honestly. Apologies for the inconvenience but I am also disappointed that your review is so poor.
