We really enjoyed staying here. The unit had everything we needed and had a perfect location for beach access, shopping and dining out. The host was very responsive and took very good care of us. We will stay here again.

Everything was great, easy check in instructions, parking was with the unit as well. Close proximity to everything Carolina has to offer-beach,bars,clubs,shops,& great food.

The place was great! Very cute and clean. The location is very convenient right on the beach and close to everything we needed such as groceries and restaurants. Unfortunately we did run into an issue which was out of our host’s control, the city’s water supply was interrupted for the most part. We only had running water available 2 to 4 hrs of our day which was very inconvenient. I’d advise anyone to check on the water situation before traveling to PR.

We did not have hot water the first day. The repair of the water heater took at least two days after the problem was reported. The room does not feel secure. There is only one lock in the main entrance.

Check in instructions were incomplete; discussed this with the property manager and they agreed and will revise instructions One on the pull down window shades was missing the chain to raise and lower the shadeMinor annoyance but nevertheless…

The apartment was very clean and in great condition. It has a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The building floors and surrounding are kept very clean. It is close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would love to stay again in the near future.
