Experience Nantucket like a local in this comfortable 3-bedroom upside down house with additional below grade living space. The first floor features three bedrooms ( 2 with queen beds, and 1 with a full and twin), a full bath with tub and shower, and access to outdoor shower. The below grade space features 1 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a full bath with full shower. There are window AC units in the bedrooms, and overhead fan below grade. The upstairs features an open living space, kitchen, and dining for 8-10, opening to the deck. The property is located at the end of a dirt road and faces out over hundreds of acres of conservation land with glimpses of the ocean in the distance. It is quiet and private. The sunrises, sunsets and night sky will delight.
