I Love this area! Kent and I also live in the PA Pocono area. We have family here in OB and fell in love with it during a visit a few years back. We are both retired now and enjoy hiking, biking and kayaking! My favorite pastime is renovating houses and adding my own touch to the mix.

Sonshine is an easy 5 min walk to ocean and shopping center. I love the laidback feel of Ormond By the Sea.
