Included in your stay are all the resort-style amenities at "Aquarius Condominiums" such as the oceanfront pool deck, on-site coin laundry on every floor, steam rooms, BBQ area, shuffle board, private beach access to the "No-Drive" beach, and one assigned parking space.

Directly across the street from Aquarius Condominiums is Dollar General which is the perfect spot for quick groceries and beach necessities. Directly next door to Aquarius Condominiums is Tom Renick oceanfront park. This park includes a picnic area, parking, restrooms, and even a playground! Just down the road is a remodeled shopping center including Publix Supermarket, Publix Liquors, banks, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and a Chinese restaurant just to name a few. Within quick walking distance of the condo is Stavro's Pizza House, Beach Side Brew Pub, Alife's Take Out, Salty Farms Seafood Market, Beach-side Cafe and Donuts, a number of lounges, Subway, a Post Office, plus many more local businesses and restaurants.

Ormond Beach is a quieter beach-side town home to mostly full-time and seasonal residents. It offers travelers a more peaceful side of the greater Daytona area while still only being a 15-20 minute drive from the majority of Daytona Beach's most popular attractions and events.

The dining table which seats 6 awaits you between the living room and kitchen allowing for oceanfront views while you dine. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare beach-side meals including a brand new over-sized refrigerator.

The oceanfront primary suite with a king bed hosts a beautiful bathroom completed by a gorgeous, tiled shower/tub combo and a separate vanity and toilet closet. The oceanfront guest bedroom can sleep up to 6 guests! It holds a queen bed and a twin/queen bunk bedroom with a twin trundle bed. The adjacent full guest bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower.

Step onto your private balcony and into your secluded oasis! The oceanfront balcony affords you an incredible, direct view of the Atlantic Ocean. The balcony includes plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the ocean waves below.

This unit is directly across from the shared coin laundry facility for added convenience.

To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.

There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
