This newly renovated apartment is perfectly located just a short drive from downtown shopping and dining, and the University of Georgia campus.

Inside, you’ll find a cozy vintage space with an updated kitchen featuring brand-new appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy high-speed WiFi, a smart TV, a private porch, and the convenience of keyless entry.

Whether you’re visiting for a game, exploring Athens, or just relaxing, this space offers comfort and convenience close to it all.

The apartment features two bedrooms: a spacious king bedroom with a private, covered balcony, and a queen bedroom equipped with a desk, ideal for working.

The living room features a queen-sized sofa bed and a smart TV. There’s also a vintage sound system from our college years — feel free to enjoy our CD collection.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 — king bed
• Bedroom 2 — queen bed
• Den — Pull-out sofa bed (queen), linens provided.

There are two identical full bathrooms, a linen closet with extras, and a laundry room for washing clothes if needed. The full kitchen is equipped for cooking and dining, making this a fully self-contained space.

We came up for a wedding and had an amazing stay! The apartment was clean and had a lot of personal touches. Everything was very well put together and the decorations were adorable. The host was very responsive and had easy communication. Would definitely recommend this stay!

A very nice apartment that is very clean and in a great area close to stores and restaurants.We only had three problems the first one was check in, we didn’t know which apartment to go to.That was taken care of once we texted the host.The second one was the noisy neighbors upstairs and the last one, I love a dark room to sleep in.
