Slide open a wall of glass doors and let fresh air pour in from a spacious shaded terrace. The open-plan living space is modern and airy, with modern kitchen and laundry. Walls are filled with art inspired by the beach. And the beach is a short stroll away.

- Street parking available. Some spots are free 24/7 and of course these spots go quick. Otherwise it's 2 hours free between 8am-10pm.
- Baby items. Option for bath bath, portacot and high chair. Bookings are essential. No additional cost.
- Mid stay cleans. Required for stays 21 days or longer, additional costs apply.

The entire apartment is for your exclusive use.

It's on level 1 of the complex so access is easy, up one flight of stairs.

We enjoyed our holiday stay in this apartment. The rooms and accommodations were nice. It was a bonus to have a washer & dryer. Very comfortable for four adults. Would definitely recommend this property. Ana was very kind and helpful.

Amazing location and great apartment

Anna the property manager was extremely helpful and available if there was any need. The apartment was in a great location, easy walk to coffee shops, supermarkets, and Bondi Beach. The only difficulty was access to 24 hour parking but this is a Bondi phenomenon and generally solvable. The experience was really good and we’d recommend this apartment to anyone.

Such a lovely apartment with the most accomodating and friendly manager ! Thankyou Anna for making our stay so easy and comfortable . Especially your flexibility surrounding our arrival and departure. The apartment was so well equipped and spotlessly clean - highly recommend this Bondi pad .

Pleasure to use this apartment as “our home” while in Sydney for a family wedding. Great to be in a place where everything worked, including the broadband needs of four adults!

The Bondi to Bronte Coastal Walk is undoubtedly the best coastal walk packed with stunning views, beaches, parks, cliffs, bays and rock pools. Along the 6 km walk you can rest, swim or eat. Tamarama, Bronte, Coogee and Maroubra beaches have free electric barbecues. It takes about 2 hours to complete and make sure you wear comfy shoes, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, water. There are even work out spots dotted along the coastline.
Iconic Icebergs has everything!.. clubhouse for casual bistro style dining, the crabbe hole cafe, icebergs dining room and bar and icebergs terrace. There is also pool and sauna, gym and body spot massage.

What makes this property unique

This property is a collaborative effort between the owner and myself. The owner renovated this art deco building, retaining the original style and at the same time bringing the interiors to a high modern quality finish. As a home stylist and property manager I approached the owner to discuss the opportunity to work together for the purpose of short term holiday stays. Together this is the home we offer to you as a guest. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful apartment!
