The house and location were perfect!The management company on the other hand not so much.I received an email with instructions to sign the rental agreement (which I could not open) and with multiple fails to open said agreement,I contacted them.The person I spoke to was very unprofessional- he answered the phone like I was calling a friend not a business.I had to ask if I was speaking to the management company before continuing with the reason for my call- unable to open rental agreement that was attached to the email.He replied he gets that a lot, that it is working on his end and obviously something I am doing incorrectly on my end.He stated I should use a home computer not my iPhone.For reference I tried opening the link on my iPhone, iPad, my husband’s android and even copy and pasted link into browser of my home computer with no luck.He called me back a short time after my initial call and he identified who he was (finally) and told me it was something he forgot to put in the link and that’s why it was not working.We were arriving on Christmas Day in the evening so when I didn’t hear from the management company (like specified in their agreement) three days prior to arrival I contacted them. He assured me that there would be a code to enter upon arrival.The day before arrival he contacted me and let me know the code.The day of arrival it was dark, no lights on the exterior of the building and no keypad on door. To be continued.

Clean rooms Host Skiing Family-friendlyAbsolutely stunning and so welcoming, everything was turned on for our arrival and we could just sit back and relax, it truly was like arriving home! 🥰Everything was spotless clean and I loved the showers - we just had to figure out that the bottom knob controlled temperature - the house was well stocked and we appreciated the small touches like the books in the library - the condo has three incredible bedrooms each with its own separate bathroom and a loft with bunk beds - the living room and kitchen are beautiful - the condo is only short 4 min drive from the ski lifts and the parking lot is right there by the ski lifts so it was a breeze - we had incredible stay - one of the best vrbos we stayed in - communication with management was incredible as well - honestly thank you so much and we hope to come back again!
