We loved this house and the whole neighborhood - so charming! The house had several different communal areas that made it easy and comfortable to hang out with our group, and we had everything we needed. Gail was super helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely consider this house again when we are in the area (depending on group size, etc.).

We are so glad you enjoyed your time at the house and appreciated the charm and spaciousness of the house. We enjoyed having you and your group. Definitely look us up again if you’re in the area.
The property was beautiful it was clean the communication was very well between the property owner and me I enjoyed staying there thank you for allowing me to staying
Home was clean and comfortable. The only suggestion would be to make sure the pantry items were not expired. Other than that, I would recommend and rebook this home. The host is easy to communicate with. Overall great location, plenty of stores in the area.

Thanks. We enjoyed hosting you and your family. We were glad to see that you made use of the backyard grill amenity during your stay as well. We would definitely love to have you back if you are in the area again.
We will refresh everything in the pantry as well. Thanks for making us aware of this.
The house was very well-stocked and has plenty of space to spread out and relax. It is in a safe neighborhood with shopping and restaurants only a short drive away. The location allows easy access to the highways, airport, downtown, and beyond. The back yard is spacious and allowed our active pets to roam and play. However, it is an older home that is still in the process of being renovated and modernized. Some areas (living room, kitchen, floors) are nicely updated and others (bathrooms, doors, fixtures) are not quite as nice. For this reason alone, I can only give it 4 stars. If we were returning to the area, we would certainly consider staying here again.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments on the spaciousness of the home and backyard, how well equipped it is, the excellent location and area and your admiration for much of the home. We will always be continuing to improve. We would love to have you and your pets back anytime.
This house is lovely. Perfect for a family gathering, plenty of equipment for cooking! We had a quiet peaceful stay during the worst of the storm. Grateful for thoughtful touches throughout the home.

We enjoyed having you and your family. I’m glad you were comfortable in our home as you rode out the big winter storm that came through. We would love to host you again.
I think the home was great! Communication was fantastic. Having a large fence in yard is great if you have kids or pets. The sun room would be fantastic in the winter time! The only strange thing I found was that there are no ceiling fans any where in the home, so we did go purchase a fan, as I can’t sleep without a fan on. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone interested in going to the aquarium or site seeing. 20 minute drive downtown is nothing to complain about! Thank you for allowing us to stay.

We’re so glad you enjoyed your time at the house and in the area. We would love to have you come back. Thanks for the suggestion about the fans, we were planning on having some installed.
This property has been the most completely stocked of all I have used. The kitchen has everything. Pantry items, flour, sugars, seasoning, spices, plenty of dishes, utensils, baggies, foil, etc. There's also plenty of towels, blankets, bathroom tissue, soap, and even an umbrella. This home has everything. Its clean and very spacious.

Thanks so much. We enjoyed hosting you and your group. You treated the house well and followed all the rules. We would love to have you back any time.
Never was in direct contact with host but the house was amazing. She left amenities for our use. The only complaint i would say we had was the bathtub. It was hard to take a sit down bath because the drain wouldn't close off completely. Other than that we would recommend this property to anyone. And would stay there again if we are to be around Atlanta in the future.

Thanks Linda, we’re so glad you had a good time in Atlanta area and at our house. Your group left the house clean and in order. We would gladly have you back. Thanks for making us aware of the issue with the tub. It will be fixed.
This place was amazing. The host was very informative and the property was extremely clean. The property was even better than the photos. We already know if we ever come to the GA area again this is where we wanna come. I have three children and my two boys ages 9 loved the back yard and the twin bed bedroom. My youngest who is special needs loved all the little separate areas in the house to chill at away from her brothers. My mom and father in law loved the quiet neighborhood. My husband’s favorite part was the tall showerhead since he is over 6 foot. The boys spent 90 percent of the stay in the backyard and on the back porch. The beds were extremely comfy which was very important to us after a long all day drive. The property was 20 minutes maybe from the aquarium and the world of Coca Cola. The book she had with all the house information also had local stores and places to eat listed which was very nice. We could not have done better with this house. Money very well spent. If you are looking for a place to stay for your next stay this is it.

Thanks so much for your praise of our house. We are so glad you enjoyed your time there and appreciate your glowing review. We aim for all our guests to be pleased.
You were excellent guests and we would love to have you back when you come back to the Atlanta area. Thanks again.
The home was good and we enjoyed our stay there. We all had fun. There are two things I would bring into your consideration. 1. Please change the path room door locks. They are not locking and we were kind of afraid, if someone else is going to open the doors when we are using it. 2. There were lots of groceries in the pantry area that was expired 3 to 4 years ago. Please dispose them before any guests use it. I really hope, you would take our feedback in the positive way. Thanks.

Thanks so much for your feedback. Your family was one of our first guests and we have since fixed the bathroom door locks. We also will check the pantry again for any expired foods.
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We traveled with three adults, two kids (ages 12 and 9), and our two dogs, and the home accommodated all of us perfectly.Communication with the owner was quick and seamless. Even though we never met in person, everything was clearly explained, and we always knew exactly what to do—no confusion at all, which we really appreciated. The home was exactly as described, if not better. It was clean, well-maintained, and free of any bugs or cobwebs. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, which made a big difference for our group. One of our favorite features was the outdoor setup—there were three different grills available! I only wish we had stayed longer so I could have tried them all.The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils—everything we needed. It was so convenient not having to buy anything extra. I was even able to cook a small Easter dinner for my family with ease. The pantry also had helpful basics like seasonings, flour, sugar, coffee, and tea.Inside, there were plenty of comfortable couches and multiple smart TVs, which was perfect for our family since we love winding down with movies at night. The fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our dogs. Our larger dogs were secure, though it’s worth noting that a smaller dog might be able to slip under one section. We also appreciated the small thoughtful touches, like labeled light switches and shower knobs—it made settling in so much easier.

Thanks so much. We were glad that you enjoyed your time at our home and especially the outdoor areas of the house. We loved hosting you and your family and would love to have you back if you are ever in the area.
This was a lovely place to stay here in Decatur. The home is filled with charm and was spacious and clean. There was everything there that we needed including Nespresso AND Keurig coffee machine options. Our children enjoyed the water feature in the garden, and our dog liked the back yard. The neighbor’s dog was very friendly and did not bark. Our 8 year old son liked going down to the fence line to pet her. We would certainly stay here again, and recommend it wholeheartedly.
