About this property

Art lovers attic with terrace

This cosy apartment is 484 square feet (45 sqm) and the terrace is 215 square feet (20 sqm), on the fifth floor, It is very quiet and just a few steps from Piazza di Spagna, in the heart of Rome's historical center. I live in the building and I'm present for any needs, concerns or advice of any kind! I speak perfect English and Spanish, and a little bit of French.

One of the peculiar, yet fascinating aspects of this loft is the fact that the entire building is connected via a traditional narrow and steep staircase. This is a typical sign that clearly classifies this building, along with all it's apartments in it, as one of Rome's genuinely antique buildings.

Yes, this means that a little bit of healthy exercise is included in the whole package (free of charge!) and, depending on the amounts of pasta and pizza you'll be eating during your stay in Rome (I have amazing recommendations for you regarding restaurants, bars, etc), you'll surely go back home in a better shape!!

There is a Chair lift for luggage to reach the fifth floor. The chairlift can be used as an elevator as well (if you're into cheating!).

Ferienwohnung an der Spanischen Treppe

Daria ist eine tolle Vermieterin, die immer erreichbar ist und jederzeit geholfen hat, wenn Fragen waren. Die Dachterrasse lädt nach einem Besichtigungstag zum Verweilen und Entspannen ein. Es ist alles vorhanden, um sofort mit dem Urlaub zu beginnen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig trotz zentraler Lage. Danke, Daria.

Sunny terrace.

You could not ask more in a hostess than Daria. Helpful and thoughtful. She speaks perfect English and lives in the building which belongs to her family. The apartment is only a short walk to both Spagna and Barberini metro stops as well as the bus stops at Trintone. Access to a terrace like Daria’s is truly prized among Romans and for good reason!

Because it has a great energy, Rome's center is very lively and from the apartment you can go almost anywhere by foot to the majority of the antique city's hotspots. Very well connected, the best stores and shops are right here.

What makes this property unique

The green terrace on the roman rooftops is a big plus to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Newly renovated with designer furniture. You can see the sky all the time due to the large windows, you have the privacy of being over Rome's rooftops and having a courtyard that separates you from the street makes my house a very quiet place during the day and most important, during the night. And last but not least, it doesn't get more central than this, walking distance to almost every sightseeing hotspot.
