We stayed here for 5 days (with my husband and my mother). As soon as you enter the place it feels relaxing and spacious. This was the beginning of June so the ceiling fans were more than enough even during the sunny days, although the temperature did not go above 80 degrees F I believe. We didn't have the need to turn on the ACs (one in the bedroom and another in the living room). The place has many although two main, big pluses stand out for me which are hard to find in Rome (and I searched for tons of places online before selecting this one). It has a really awesome terrace on the 4th floor and a very unique, corky elevator which does a fine job although it only fits two people at once, but that's no problem since the stairs are wide, not that many steps and ez to use. Our feet couldn't handle any more walking yet one of us would go up the steps instead of waiting for the elevator and it was fine. Also having Campo di Fiori in front of the apartment was a really great experience. I opened the windows at night to let all the noise from the crowd in and feel the energy. It was very vibrant to feel the pulse of the crowd below. But, if you don't like noise the windows when closed block almost all if not all noise outside. The apartment is very cute, airy and the dark colors in the bedroom combined with the wood work made it great to sleep in late on couple of days. We stayed at another apartment in Firenze and we could barely fit in the shower, but not here. Here the bathroom looks it belongs in a nice hotel; spacious shower/bathtub, large full length mirrors in the bathroom and on the closet door. The kitchen was a bit small, but also very cozy and it did its job. We cooked couple of meals from food we bought at the shop right next door which offered fresh bread, great pesto, awesome pasta, meats, wine and one can buy veggies from the market from 6am to 3pm. Only wish the kitchen had a cutting board where to cut veggies and perhaps an electric coffeemaker. But you can just go to a small restaurant in the corner where they have great coffee and do not charge you a 3 euros cover for sitting to drink your coffee. The place is so centric to all places; you can walk everywhere from here. I could go on and on. But one more thing, Enrique and Nathalie are a young couple, super nice, kind and very understanding. The price is also right. Can't go wrong with this place. I will be telling my family and friends. Enjoy Roma!!!
