We loved this apartment! It’s in an excellent location and although it’s a busy area, it was quiet inside. Perfect walking distance to everything. Francesca was a wonderful communicator. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this place.

Great location and space, but has amenity issuesPros:-Perfect location: Excellent spot for sightseeing.-Great layout: Large unit with two bathrooms, ideal for families.-Helpful host: Very responsive and tried to support us with issues.Cons:-No Air Conditioning: Broken during a 35C heatwave (fans provided, but ineffective).-Poor Wi-Fi: Extremely slow (virtually unusable).-Cleanliness issues: Below expected standards; towels did not smell fresh, some linens had some holes/stains, chairs stained.

Very clean apartment in the middle of the action close to Trevi Fountain. Lovely and lively street below, and no noise in the apartment due to the superior windows. Good quality AC. There were four of us. We fit fine, two on each bed. One was pull out. There were two bathrooms, each with shower which was great. The host was very good at communicating with us and arranged for a very sweet lady to greet us on arrival and show us everything. Top tier place. Thank you.

The location was A plus, just a stones throw from the Trevi fountain. Our host was to responsive to our requests plus she had provided a fabulous list of places to eat nearby. We stayed for 14 days and had guests with us for 3. The pullout couch was very comfortable for our guests. It was a great place for a full Rome immersive experience.

Loved the location on a narrow, cafe-lined street near the heart of Rome, w quick access to many of the things we wanted to see. Enjoyed the snug security - found peace and quiet close to the hum and thrum of the crowds. Appreciated the two bathrooms. Found the power a little quirky, but we were able to quickly remedy any issues we encountered. Would definitely recommend to friends and loved ones.

The apartment is amazing. Perfect location, beautifully decorated and redone. It has everything you can possibly need, especially convenient having two great bathrooms and a washing machine. What makes it all even better is Francesca as a host. She made our trip. Between setting up pickup and drop off, to all her amazing recommendations on where to est and what to see, she made our trip magical! Thank you again, will definitely stay when we go back.

Location, location!!!

We loved the place and the location! Literally steps from the Trevi Fountain and our fave restaurant in Rome - Pizza in Trevi. It was clean and had the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again!
