Clean, comfortable studio in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We found everything we needed in the studio for our weekend stay. Good location near restaurants in Wallingford and Fremont.

Lots of neat places to shop within walking distance, and not far from a park with a walking trail. The place was clean, and felt pretty safe. Lots of windows for light but because it is a multi-home property, dont be surprised to see or hear other people in the yard or porch, but it was generally quiet.

We loved our stay. There is plenty of room inside and out. The yard is lovely. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It’s very conveniently located and on a nice, quiet street. I hope we can stay there again.

Lara’s apartment in Fremont is a wonderful place to stay. It is located walking distance from all the stores, walks and restaurants Fremont has to offer. The place itself is stocked with everything you might need for a longer stay. Linens are so cozy and the bed/pillows are soft and comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to eat in. Shower has plenty of hot water! One warning: Parking was hard to find at 8 on a Tuesday night. Better to park and walk everywhere! Public transit is easily accessed a block away.

We were contacted by the owner, before we even arrived, that there was an issue with the unit we had reserved and that we were being moved to a larger unit. She was on top of the situation and we appreciated that. Nice apartment, clean, quiet and nicely supplied with all our needs. Would definitely stay there next time in Seattle.
