Wow. Absolutely amazing home! We couldn’t believe all the amazing bedrooms and space. Loved the outdoor space too. Owners were great communicators. Would definitely stay again.

Came in for Mom's weekend with another mom and this home was perfect! Close to campus, washer and dryer (so we could do some laundry for the boys), and because it is a four bedroom, the boys got to stay with us!! It was a great weekend and perfect for us! Thank you!!

This property was ideal! Great location with an easy walk to Old Town and CSU! The house was just as described and very cute and clean and had everything we needed. And Stacy was so easy to get ahold of amd answered any questions we had within minutes. We would definitely book Matthews house again! Thank you for a great stay.

Modern touches, comfy beds, great location, and an amazing couch/TV lounging room made this a great rental. I think they rely on renters to do some cleaning so the window sill and baseboards were covered in dog hair and dust. The rest of the place was clean though. The location can't be beat... Steps to CSU, blocks from downtown and old town, and not far from the big breweries. If you're booking it for a big group, know that the dining table only seats 4 people and upstairs couch seats 2 plus 1 chair. You can't use the backyard... Especially not with pets or kids. The gates don't shut and they require your pet to be on a leash at all times (plan ahead for that), the ratan chair in the photos is completely moldy and dirty and the table lantern has loose pieces of broken glass kids could easily hurt themselves with. There is also a rental on the floor above. They decided to vacuum their entire place at 7am on a Saturday for 20 min. We also had to do more cleaning than we expected and still be out by 10am. The pros out weighed the cons.
