Close to Mayflower, Corporation and Chapin beaches. Set on a large landscaped block, this light and bright house is laid out on two levels with multiple spacious living areas including a 23'x23' great room, a beautiful kitchen, large deck, indoor/outdoor room, separate "kids lounge", and plenty of room for entertaining. Walk to the village in 10 minutes to go to the ice cream shop, candy store, restaurants, bars, bakeries, "Cape Playhouse" & "Cape Cinema", and "Dennis Public Market". Popular eateries - "Chapin's", "Encore" and "Harvest Wine Bar" - are right in the neighborhood. This open and airy house is the perfect place to relax and use as a base for your Cape Cod getaway.

Why they chose this property

After vacationing on Cape Cod for over 10 years, we decided to buy this "fixer-upper" in the desirable Nobscussett area of Dennis, close to the legendary Dennis Northside beaches with deeded rights to the NPOA private beach. We put our heart and souls into designing and renovating this 1950's house and we love how it turned out, so (as we cannot be here all the time) we want to share this amazing house and this magic location with other families.

What makes this property unique

Just 7 minutes walk to the Nobscussett residents' beach. A short bike ride to popular Bayview, Mayflower, Chapin and Corporation beaches, and a 10 minute stroll to Dennis Village with the Dennis Public Market, Pizza, ice cream, gift shops, the Cape Playhouse and Cinema, restaurants and bars, this is the perfect spot for your Cape Cod vacation.
