Beautiful stay. Main pool is not heated but the other pools are and there's three hot tubs. I didn't use any of those because I spent my time at the beach with my family and friends which was wonderful. The property was clean and everything worked. Drain and master bathroom shower is a little slow. We had 10 in our party and had plenty of room in the penthouse.

Sharing what I sent to the host with no reply…Hello. I’d like to reach out to express my deep dissatisfaction with the rental unit. Unfortunately the unit is dirty, has numerous items broken such as drawers, cabinets, knobs without bolts that just pull through, etc. The primary closet had numerous broken items such as tables and a filthy, dusty fan that I needed to move to be able to even hang a few items of clothing. The 2nd floor shower was filthy and does not drain. The primary shower is also filthy and does not drain. We discovered last night that the primary shower floods into the primary bedroom! We have had to constantly wash towels to clean up the flooding. The dresser drawers don’t pull out or if they do it is very difficult. The floor is filthy! I never complain, however have never had such a horrible rental experience. The location is wonderful, however the until is horribly maintained, not clean and is more of a hassle to stay in due to constant maintenance versus an enjoyable experience!

The stay was great, the condo, resort, and location on the beach was also great! The only challenge we had was communication with the host, host call center, and host AI generated message. However, the host worked with us to solve those issues. Overall it was a really GREAT STAY!!
