The unit needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. I understand it is an older apartment but was not ready for none of the windows to open properly,dirty blinds , the fridge was dirty there were cobwebs everywhere and the shower screen was broken . The size of space and airconditioner was great but most likely would not stay again .

We do ask our visitors to report any maintenance or cleaning issues directly so that we may attend to them. We pride ourselves in the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment. The cleaner always leaves the awning windows wound out which we close just before arrival when we turn on the air conditioning.
overall this was a nice place to stay, the 2 bedrooms on the top floor had "attic style" ceilings which made it a little hard for some of my family as they were well over 6 feet tall, other than that it was good
The location was perfect, easy walk to Echuca and trail walks.
The place is a bit old and tired but clean enough and comfortable

We have stayed at this property numerous times over several years. We have always found it to be clean and comfortable. The newly renovated bathroom and laundry was a pleasant surprise.Location wise it’s within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants and walking trails.
Was a terrific, quiet location with easy access to attractions Property was well appointed, clean and tidy but outside, particularly around front entrance, could be maintained and cleaned up a bit.
