'Cranbel House' is a beautifully renovated Californian bungalow situated in the heart of Moama/ Echuca. With 3 double bedrooms, all with queen size beds, and a small fourth bedroom/study with double bed. The house has 2 full bathrooms (both with toilets and no bath) and a fully equipped laundry. It will easily accommodate all of your holiday needs. A separate dining room for intimate dinners is only surpassed by the rear entertaining deck that can be enjoyed all year round. The 8 person spa is where you can relax after visiting some of the very accessible local tourist highlights.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher,oven, cooktop,fridge & freezer. All linen is provided and each bed has an electric blanket. The home is fitted with 4 televisions, dvd player and sound system, ducted heated and cooling.

A restful stay in a home with terrific ambiance

My two friends and I enjoyed a fabulous stay at Cranbel House. It was great value for money. There is oodles of room and it’s an easy walk to the river or the bakery (wicked Bee Stings, yum). It’s also within walking distance of Echuca. We had a lovely time and Mark was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Great for families. Make sure you allow time to indulge in the spacious spa!

Beautiful, spacious house in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The deck is spacious and spending time there was the highlight of our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the three main bedrooms are large. The bathrooms are also large, clean and newly renovated. Great location right in the heart of Moama, with very easy walking distance to the bowls club. We hope to stay again! * It is worth mentioning for future guests that the smaller fourth bedroom/study doesn’t have a door between it and the dining/lounge and needs to be walked through to access one of the other bedrooms. This was a minor inconvenience for the couple in that room.

Cranbel House was ideal for our family stay, 4 adults & 2 children. Plenty of room & a nice backyard for the kids to play in. Every comfort you would need is there.

Lovley House, very clean

The only problem we found was the long life milk in the fridge was 12 months out of date. When making a cup of tea the milk came out in a clump. otherwise everything was very clean, the house is quite spacious and not very far from town. A lovely home :)
