Smart Monitoring: The unit is equipped with a Minut smart sensor. This is NOT a recording device; it simply monitors noise decibels and smoke detection to ensure a quiet, respectful stay.

Simple Verification: All guests must complete a secure ID check and e-sign our standard rental agreement prior to arrival.
-The cleaning fee covers a standard turnover. If the home requires excessive cleaning beyond normal use (including but not limited to excessive trash, stains, bodily fluids, excessive dirt, moving furniture, or evidence of unapproved additional guests), the additional cleaning costs will be documented and charged through the Resolution Center.
-Minimum booking age is 18. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for parties or events.

Flexible Arrival Options:
Standard check-in is 4:00 PM. Based on availability (starting 5 days before your stay), we offer:  

1-Hour Early Check-In: $30  

Half-Day Stay (10 AM – 4 PM): Half the nightly rate  

Before 10 AM: Full nightly rate  

Note: The owner lives in a separate unit on the second/third floor of the building and is available for assistance if needed.

What a charming, clean, warm and friendly place to stay. Centrally located relative to grocery stores/coffee shops, etc. All within easy walking distance. We especially appreciated the responsiveness of the host to questions we had throughout our stay and even made suggestions for a coffee at their favorite shop around the corner (which we tried and loved too). We felt at home and very cozy during our stay. In addition, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Thoughtfully well-equipped. We were pleasantly surpised it had a crockpot which we utilized upon our arrival. The home is tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to our friends and family members.
