THINGS TO KNOW:

-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility fees will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-When booking for 30+ nights, and if your stay includes 1 or more pets, a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per month will be required to be paid on top of your initial booking value.
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $100 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-If booking through VRBO, please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
