This Garrison Beach Association cottage overlooks a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. From this wooded hilltop along the beach, you can take the kind of vacation you and your family deserve. From relaxing on a private beach, to swimming and body surfing in the lake’s clear waters, to walking along the shoreline to Pentwater Pier or hiking in the woods, this cottage will provide you with the comfort of home as you reconnect with family and friends. And as the sun sinks into the Lake, the Cottage in the Hills provides amenities for a relaxing evening after a energetic day; a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a comfortable living room, washer and dryer, wi-fi, full bathrooms on the first and second floor, and four bedrooms, each with a balcony overlooking the Lake. Drinking bottled water is recommended.

The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, a private bath, a private deck and a new king bed. Bedroom #2 has one queen & one double bed; bedroom #3 has one queen and one bunk (2 twins); and bedroom #4 has one queen and one twin. This property boasts over 2,600 square feet of living area, including a den that can be converted into an additional sleeping area, a main floor laundry room, and a huge deck that overlooks the lake. Private stairs lead down to the white sandy beach.

Towels, sheets, blankets, pillows and beach towels are provided. No pets, no smoking. A damage deposit may be collected if determined by property manager. Accommodations can occasionally be made for less than seven days in the month of September. Check in is after 4:00 and check out is promptly before 10:a.m. We only rent from Saturday to Saturday.
