A detached garage houses a fully equipped game room with pool table, poker table, foosball, arcade games, and a large projector screen—perfect for movie nights or friendly competition. A backup generator keeps everything running smoothly during unpredictable weather.

• No smoking or vaping indoors. A $350 fee applies if violated. (Smoking is allowed outdoors only, and all waste must be disposed of properly.)

• No parties, events, loud gatherings, or unregistered visitors.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Do not tamper with exterior cameras, smoke detectors, WiFi equipment, or any safety/security devices.
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted at the cabin.
