Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set thermostat to 76 in the summer and 63 in the winter.
Collect all used towels and place in the shower.
Return key to lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
