About this property

Family Beach Escape • Spacious 4BR Penthouse with Elevator Access

Welcome to La Azotea - the rooftop of our beautiful and spacious penthouse. The PRIVATE elevator takes you directly into the apartment where 2800 square feet of spacious living and sleeping space is ready for your entire family.

Take the elevator one more floor up to the huge private terrace. Enjoy sunrise with your coffee and sunset with your favorite beverage. Look to the South and El Yunque looms over the island. Look to the North and see the ocean. You will never want to come down!

The space:

Enter the hallway from the elevator, decorated with beautiful paintings from the former owner. Two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and is perfect for a family with kids.

The large dining room table seats 8 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The balcony off the kitchen and living room seats at least 6 more. The kitchen is compact, so we've provided you with a coffee bar to help with the family flow in the morning.

The coffee bar boasts a drip coffee maker, French press and Greca coffee maker. Ground and coffee beans (with a grinder) provided. For the tea drinkers an electric kettle and a sampling of tea is close at hand.

The living room has a large flat screen Roku TV and wifi. All areas in the main level are air conditioned.

Experience the huge private terrace by interior stairs or elevator. There is plenty of seating for the whole group and a half bathroom close at hand. The BBQ is ready to go for the family meals.
Other things to note
The beach is 1 minute away and beach toys reside in the hall closet. A wagon can transport your groceries or your beach toys. There are two pools, 3 basketball half-courts, and beach volleyball. The complex is quiet but neighbors are fun. You may see a group having a birthday party and dancing to Puerto Rican music.

The property has FOUR deeded parking spaces. Larger groups need more than one vehicle and other rentals may not have more than one space. We have your group covered!

Wonderful rental! So thankful we found this one when our first rental canceled on us. It was prefect for our family of 11. Loved the pool and ocean front options. The home was very clean and well stocked with lots of space for us. Host was very responsive for everything we needed.

This condo has amazing views and a PRIVATE elevator. Most properties are walk up and many people cannot do stairs. They never dreamed they could own something so amazing and special!
