About this property

Bright and Spacious Springs Gem with Heated Pool Near Beaches

The house sits on almost an acre with a brand new salt water heated pool, a large new patio surrounding the pool and a firepit area. There is also a large, private patio closer to the house with a new outdoor kitchen and grill. The house is 5 minutes to bay beaches and about 12 minutes to the ocean beach in Amagansett. One car garage and washer/dryer.

There is air-conditioning throughout the house, which can sleep 8 comfortably. Downstairs there is a large dining room next to the kitchen which has sliding doors leading to the patio. The living room has a fireplace, and the TV room has glass sliding doors to the patio.

The house is perfect for one large family or two smaller ones.

The house is our home and we rarely rent it so it is well appointed with all the amenities you need to cook or just relax. All the rooms are bright and comfortable and the backyard is set up for your enjoyment with a brand new outdoor kitchen and heated pool and patio as well as a firepit.

What makes this property unique

This house is located very close to two great bay beaches and nearby there are good restaurants nearby such as Rita Cantina, Bostwick's and the Maidstone deli. The Jackson Pollock museum is also very nearby.
