Fabulous as always!

We have stayed in this fabulous apartment at least 3 times when we visit our daughter at UVM. It’s a great location, immaculate, comfy and just perfect for our needs. The owner is always accommodating and helpful. Will stay here again when we need a place in the area!!!

Solar Eclipse

Stayed here for solar eclipse. Great location to downtown Winooski — very easy walk to coffee, restaurants and brewery. River walk also very close. The apartment was very clean and directions were clear, ample basic supplies and off street parking. Would absolutely recommend!

Perfect Stay

My wife, two kids, and I had a pleasant time at this house over four days. It was very conveniently located and close to Burlington. We were very comfortable during our stay. We would stay here again.

St Patrick’s Day Weekend

We are a retired couple and adult son who came to Burlington to celebrate St Patrick’s Day weekend with extended family. It was easy to get to the other three family groups and to Church Street from Winooski. Access was easy. The unit was large, well appointed and airy. Jon called to be sure our arrival had gone well.

Clean and Spacious

Easy check in and check out. Space was clean and spacious. Plenty of towels and sheets. Large and comfortable couch. Both beds very confirtable.

Its the oldest largest house in winooski. Originally the River House Inn. Mary Fletcher grew up here and Ethan Allen stayed here. I bought it and renovated it in 2017
