•🚭No Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor balcony. Fines may apply.

•🚫JVC is a peaceful residential community. Gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.

•Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight (maximum 4 guests).

In compliance with the UAE law, a copy of your Passport or Emirates ID must be provided prior to check-in for building security registration.

•🐾Pet Policy: While we love animals, guests wishing to bring pets must register them in advance. A fee applies, and approval is required prior to arrival.



Arrival and Parking Instructions

To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps:

•Please stop by the building reception desk first to register for building security.

•You can now access the apartment.

•Once inside the apartment, you will find both the Building Access Card and the Parking Card waiting for you. You will need these for all subsequent entry to the building facilities and the parking area.
