Cozy Pet-Friendly 2BR Near Beach & Boat Launch

Welcome to Cozy Palms PCB!
Enjoy a comfortable, budget-friendly stay in our 2-bedroom home just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 2 blocks from the boat launch. Perfect for beach days and boating trips. Features a cozy living area, kitchen, laundry room and comfortable bedrooms. There is a TV in the living room and a TV, board games, children's toys and books in the bedroom for your entertainment. Close to restaurants and attractions. Pets welcome! This is a single-level duplex. Guests have access to the front of the house and go in through the door marked "A." We have up to two parking spaces available, but please let us know in advance if you need space for 2 vehicles.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave any dirty dishes in the sink.
Please make sure you dispose of any pet waste in the yard. Clean up after them and keep them off furniture. A $50 fee applies if pet waste is left in the yard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. Undisclosed pets will result in an additional pet fee and/or cleaning charges.
Please only flush toilet paper, and discard food in the trash before washing dishes, there is no garbage disposal.
Please check and turn off any lights/lamps/stove, or any other appliances left on before you leave the house during your stay.

House was nice, wish the descrpition of the property was a little better. This is a duplex not a house. I didn't feel comfotable, Ifelt like the owners were snooping around.
