UPDATED, CLEAN, MODERN retreat, close to hiking, with stunning views.

Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your friends or family then this is the spot for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Sugar Loaf, Thunder Mountain, Chimney Rock and Teacup. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa & Peace Park. Shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theatre are also a short distance away. Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Bashas’ and Safeway are just down the street.

Our home is a 2000 sq foot home with 3br/2ba split floor plan that boast great red rock views. The home has been recently renovated and freshly painted. The home has a open floor plan with split bedrooms. The master bedroom is an en suite with a king bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level, no stairs. The home includes high speed (300 Mbps) WiFi, and smart TVs to access apps that you subscribe to. There is a full size W/D with laundry soap, iron, ironing board, pack and play for infants and board games. There is a ice chest available as well as a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of the beautiful surrounding areas. Beach towels are available if you should visit Slide Rock, which I highly recommend. We also have four yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for two cars in the driveway. Garage access is not allowed.

The backyard space has amazing red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. Please respect my neighbors privacy, peace and quiet. No loud noise after 9. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT MY HOUSE. A $500 fine will be imposed if you do. There is one Ring security camera located at the front door. No smoking and no pets allowed. Thank you!!!

If you are there on a Sunday, please take the garbage out to the street on Sunday/Sunday night and bring back in on Monday after it’s been picked up.
Please do not move my furniture. I have one female housekeeper and she has a hard time moving the heavy furniture back into its place.

This property was a fantastic place to stay in Sedona, especially with a family. The home is spacious and the kitchen is very well stocked with ample dishes and cookware. We took a walk around the neighborhood one day and enjoyed seeing the other homes; the second morning we did a 2.5 mile hike that was accessible from just a couple of blocks away. House layout comfortable, loved the fireplace and backyard, very clean, all basic amenities provided, beds were very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, sugarloaf hiking trail and peace park, about a 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona. Only thing I would suggest is a motion light near the front door as we arrived very late and it was a dark walk from the driveway to the front door, I had to use my phone flashlight to see.
