Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of a closet locked off for our cleaning team. During the winter months, guests have exclusive access to the private, complimentary South Peak shuttle service, which picks you up right from the driveway and takes you to any of Loon Mountain’s base areas.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood offers a private road for walking and access to the hiking and snowshoeing trails along the Pemi River! Located about 5 minutes from downtown's restaurants/bars, and 5 minutes to Loon's main lodges, this is the perfect getaway for family and friends!



Getting Around:

The town of Lincoln offers a shuttle service, The Shuttle Connection, which can be reserved by guests for rides downtown to restaurants, bars, shopping and more. The rate for the Shuttle Connection is $7/person. The home also features a free shuttle service through the South Peak Association, which provides rides to and from all Loon Mountain bases and lodges during the Winter months. Please reach out to the Host for more details on how to reserve these shuttles.



Other Things to Note:

- Please be advised that there is a Ring security camera installed and positioned on the front door area of the property. The camera is the only surveillance device on the premises and does not extend beyond the descriptions listed.



Interaction with Guests:
