The Space:

Enjoy the many wonders of the Great Smoky Mountains at this Summit Splendor condo in Gatlinburg! Watch the clouds roll in over the mountains from your very own private deck, find everything you need to cook with your loved ones in the full kitchen and curl up by the fireplace after days spent hiking, fishing, and exploring.



You'll also have access to a seasonal outdoor pool within the complex.



This condo sits four miles west of downtown Gatlinburg, where you can stroll, explore the many shops and attractions, or take the tram up the mountain to Ober Gatlinburg. You'll also be only four miles north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which is beloved for its hiking trails (including a portion of the Appalachian Trail), waterfalls, fishing streams, and plentiful wildlife.

As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire property, except for a few areas reserved for house supplies.

The room was very outdated & smelled moldy. The balcony was slimy & my husband came close to falling because of the slimy moss on the rotting boards. . But the condo was very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. An abundance of towels, bed linens, cooking utensils, dishes, glasses & pillows.
