The beauty and grandeur of Destin are captured at Ocean Paradise. This Gulf-front home is located in one of the most desired gated communities in Destin– Destiny by the Sea. This professionally designed home was curated with sleek modernism and coastal contemporary design. With three-stories of incredible views, private beach access, and a rare rooftop sundeck, Ocean Paradise seamlessly emerges guests into Destin living.

Outside, an oasis with palm trees and perfectly tailored landscaping leads guests out to the sparkling emerald waters. Inside, guests are welcomed to an abundance of natural light filling each floor. The first two floors of this Destiny home are characterized by comfort. A grand master-suite is the highlight of the first floor. This bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a plush sofa seat, and an en-suite bathroom. The therapeutic en-suite offers a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower. An expansive private balcony is accessed from this suite where guests are invited to relax and admire the sunsets. Additionally, a laundry room that doubles as a kitchenette, is fully equipped with essential appliances and is located down the hall from this suite.

Upstairs, guests are greeted with two additional bedroom suites. A king-suite with a large balcony offers sweeping views of the Gulf and boasts a huge walk-in closet and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite provides an at-home spa experience with a Jacuzzi tub and a shower equipped with steam room technology. The second king suite also boasts a large private bathroom with a tub/shower combination and French doors leading to a private balcony. Additionally, an office is located on the second floor outfitted with a sink, a small refrigerator, and an iMac.

The third floor features a luxurious living room, kitchen, and a king bedroom. The large gourmet kitchen includes Sub-Zero appliances and additional upgrades, including a wine fridge, gas stove, large microwave, and a farmhouse sink. The breakfast bar offers casual seating for three. Ambient cabinet lighting brightens the kitchen creating tranquil ambiance at night. The living room provides sweeping views of the Gulf and a gas fireplace. The professionally designed living space is noted with high-end art pieces and chic light fixtures. While the home is furnished with a flat-screen television and concert quality audio equipment, guests will be most occupied by the million dollar views from the spacious balcony. There is an additional powder room located on this floor.

A final staircase can be accessed from the third floor– leading guests to the rooftop sundeck with stunning panoramic Gulf views. Rooftop sundecks are a rarity in Destin and offer 360° views of Destin and the beach. Ample seating, a bar area, and lounging chairs are provided to take it all in.
